TLC Pool & Spa has a proprietary water testing lab. We will generate a customized, computerized report of your pool or spa’s water content. We can then recommend an easy method to properly balance your water and educate you on continued proper care. We are pool and spa professionals, so let us assist you and make your life simpler.

We sure do! TLC Pool & Spa has a staff of accredited personnel that can evaluate or advise you on the purchase of a pool or spa or the purchase a home with a pool or spa.

We will give you a customized written report on our findings. You may use this to negotiate with the pool builder or home seller to your financial advantage.

YES! Though not required, every member of the TLC staff maintains a Certified Pool Operator certificate.

This means we go beyond simple compliance with local health official’s requirements for commercial pool care. As a commercial facility, you must have an affiliation with a CPO to pass health department regulations. TLC maintains apartment complexes, health clubs, hotels and subdivision pools and spas. Call us for a custom program for your facility!

We provide weekly, bi-weekly and monthly maintenance offerings at the following rates.

• Weekly: $70 plus necessary chemicals
• Bi-Weekly: $90 plus necessary chemicals (Winter Only)

Maintenance includes the following:

• Vacuum pool
• Skim surface
• Brush pool walls
• Empty skimmer and pump pot baskets
• Blow debris off pool deck
• Perform a routine water analysis
• Balance pool or spa water
• Apply any necessary sanitizers and adjusters
• Backwash filter and clean water line as necessary
• Inspect equipment for optimum performance.

Yes! Whether you need a new cover or would like us to match your existing cover anchors, TLC is here to help.

We do not provide new pool construction. However, we can provide excellent references, based on our years of history in the industry. Please give us a call for an up to date list.

Yes! These are scheduled by appointment only, are conducted on premise and are available 7 days a week. Our goal is to take the anxiety out of your new pool ownership and to leave no questions unanswered.
